PLACING AN

ORDER

You can place an order by visiting the store. At the top of our website, press the store button. You can add an item to your basket, or use the buy now button. From here, you can sign into your account, or create one. It's simple, just follow the steps. We accept most debit & credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.

PAYMENT

& SHIPPING

Our delivery options:

Hermes UK Economy or Royal Mail 2nd Class Postage.

No Signature on delivery.  No compensation.

Aim to deliver 3-5 business days after dispatch, including Saturdays.

   

 

All orders placed on Monday to Friday, your item(s) will be dispatched the following day (dependant on delivery option, eg: Hermes Economy or Royal Mail 2nd Class, collected from OhSoSoap two business days after the order was placed on our website), Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be posted on the Monday or Tuesday (dependant on delivery option, eg: Hermes Economy or Royal Mail 2nd Class maybe collected from OhSoSoap two business days after the order was placed on our website). SHIPPING

COST

The standard delivery charge is £3.50 for Hermes Economy Shipping or Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

CUSTOMER

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order within 24 hours or before your items are despatched, whichever comes first. Please be aware that orders maybe be dispatched before you cancel. In this case, you would need to send back the order to us for a refund. Delivery costs would be your responsibility. Please contact us using the support button, message button (bottom right corner) or email us at david@ohsosoap.com Please allow upto 48 hours for a response. 

RETURNS

& REFUNDS

If you no longer require any items ordered, you have 14 days to contact us for a refund. We only give refunds to items that are unopened, unused and in a new condition with original packaging still attached. This is due to hygiene reasons as our products are naturally made. Any items that are damaged or used will not be refunded. It is you, the customers responsibility to send any item/s back to us. OhSoSoap is not responsible for loss or damage of any items during transit from you. For more information please visit our Terms & Conditions page.

SECURE

PAYMENT

We use wix.com secure payment system to process debit and credit cards online. We also use PayPal for online payments and Apple Pay. Our website uses SSL Secure Shopping.

You can check out without creating an account, or create an account for faster future purchasing. You can add a debit or credit card to make it convenient. All information is securely stored, please visit our Customer Privacy Policy for more information. 

PRODUCT

INFORMATION

All the relevant information about our products are located on our store page. These include: product description, ingredients and how to use them. 

HANDCRAFTED

PRODUCTS

All our soap products are handcrafted using the best ingredients possible. Each soap is cut from a larger batch, this means every soap will look slightly different in shape, size, colour and smell. This is totally normal from a natural artisan product. 

VEGAN

INFORMATION

All our soap are vegan products. There are no animal products within our soaps, shampoos or conditioner bars. 

PRODUCT

PACKAGING

Our products are packaging in Nativia ® film. The outer sleeve is made from recycled Kraft cardboard, and our labels are acid-free recyclable paper. We care about the environment, so all our packaging is recyclable or compostable. Even our shipping package can be recycled or composted.
